PRICES & PAYMENT

 

Prices may vary according to type and duration of treatment as described on the site. Full Payment is due upon completion of treatment sessions. By making a booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including billing and payment information. Minimum order value per booking is Rs 1000 . 

Incase of booking of makeup artists/makeup  or any bulk booking of services for more than 3 people or order vaule above 5000 Rs, 50% of total order value needs to be paid in advance and remaining amount on the date of the event.

*Incase of replacing the product with your product the service price shall remain the same .

 

CANCELLATION  POLICY

​

A fee of Rs 200 shall be levied to the customer incase of cancelling the appointment on the date/day of the booking . Incase of advance paid to  ARTI"S VANITY stands non refundable incase of cancellation under any event/circumstances.The same advance amount cannot be transferred or redeemed  for the future bookings. 

*If selecting a particular makeup artist during trial from ARTI'S VANITY incase of any unforeseen  ciscumstance ARTI'S VANITY shall provide a replacement, however no amount would be refunded.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

 

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of booking. Failure to provide correct information may result in, a rejection of booking request, cancellation of booking or an inability of the booked therapist to provide treatment as requested. Such failure may also result in loss or incorrect delivery of confirmation of booking

 

By making a booking, please note that you are responsible for the below:

You have provided true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself (Name, mobile no, Email Id, Address Etc) & your payment details (Payment data, in case of advance payment)

Medical history/allergies of any product and precautions to be taken thereof, if any needs to be informed at time of booking the services. ARTI'S VANITY will not be responsible for any side effect if any from the products used while performing the services, as the products are purchased from a third party and ARTI’S VANITY does not take responsibility for the same.

Full Payment as applicable

Ensuring that the therapist has access to your designated premises and suitable space and facilities in which the treatment can be performed, including adequate lighting and heating. 

Ensuring Health and safety of the therapist while at your designated premises.

Ensuring no male presence in the room or area where the services are being performed

The services provided by ARTI’S VANITY are strictly for ladies only.

The Customer by making a booking with ARTI'S VANITY is agreeing to use of the customer premises, and in that case the customer is solely responsible for taking care of his belongings at the booked address. In case of any theft/loss/damage/ any unforeseen incidence, ARTI'S VANITY will not be liable for the same and cannot be held responsible for the same.

Also no medical expenses follow up treatment of any kind, or reimbursement at will be borne by ARTI'S VANITY for the services taken.

 

 

SERVICE QUALITY

 

1. The quality of ARTI'S VANITY services is entirely the responsibility of the professional who provides such beauty services to you. You agree that (a) your home (or other space where our therapists are invited to be) is safe (b) and you will provide a clean workspace with close proximity to an electrical outlet.

2. ARTI'S VANITY requests background information of the therapists post hiring, but ARTI'S VANITY does not and cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any such information gathering or that a particular ARTI'S VANITY professional is adequately qualified to perform any given service.

3. While availing the services in case of any injuries ARTI'S VANITY will not be liable as the services are performed by the therapists and the company cannot be liable for the same

 

PROHIBITED USE

You must not use the site or the services to do any of the following which is strictly prohibited, while the therapist is at your chosen site

 

1. Engage in any inappropriate behavior including but not limited to illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, drug use, consuming alcohol and/or inappropriate behavior.

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to our ARTI'S VANITY policy, you acknowledge and agree that we may use certain third-party vendors and service providers to process payments.

3. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the site or services

4. Infringe the privacy right, property rights, or other civil rights of ARTI'S VANITY professionals.

5. Harass, abuse, threaten or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of ARTI'S VANITY therapists, ARTI'S VANITY (including its employees and personnel) or others

 

DISPUTES

 

All disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction within the city of Mumbai only. Please address your queries, report feedback or any incident to artisvanityinfo@gmail.com

 

INDEMNIFICATION

 

You agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold ARTI'S VANITY, its affiliates, its licencors, and each of their officers, directors, other users, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys fees and cost) arising out of or in connection with:

 

1. Your violation or breach of any terms of these user terms or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein.

2. Your violation of any rights of any third party, including transportation providers arranged via the application, or

3. Your use or misuse of the application or service

All above terms and conditions on are by default applicable on you on availing the service for the first time and you agree that the terms and conditions would continue to be applicable on each subsequent visit in future.

The same terms & conditions mentioned on website are applicable by default on booking and availing of the services irrespective of the medium chose to book the services, i.e over Call, WhatsApp, Website etc,
